Membership Options

Joining The Kendleshire will be the best golfing decision you make. Apart from all of the obvious benefits of membership, such as achieving and/or maintaining your handicap, plenty of competitive and social golf, guaranteed access to the course and the chance to entertain your existing friends, hopefully you will meet many more people who will add to your personal and golfing experience.

Deciding to join a golf club used to be, and sometimes still is, a daunting proposition. Having, no doubt, played most of the local courses and decided that we offer the best all-round experience for you, please give us a call, pick up a membership pack from our Pro Shop or download one from this website.

Having done this please give me, Pat Murphy, a call on 0117 956 7007 to arrange to meet. During our meeting I will show you around and introduce you to all of the key staff who will be looking after you when you come to play.

If you are relatively new to the game we will also go through the handicap system, how to get one, and any questions that you may have about becoming a member. It really could not be easier.

As we operate a wide and flexible variety of membership categories, deciding the best option to suit you and your available time is also an important part of this meeting. Our current entrance fees and subscriptions are outlined below. If there is anything you would like to know prior to our meeting please give me a call.

For Personal Membership

We offer four distinct categories of personal membership - Bronze through to Platinum. Each is pitched to address the frequency that you are likely to play the course. Whether you are a player who can only play on a Monday or someone who could play everyday, we have something to suit you.

Every member enjoys the chance to book a tee time on all of our 27 holes, free use of the Academy Course, reduced hire rates on golf buggies, the ability to bring up to three guests per round at reduced green fees and access to take part in club competitions.

Please note: the following prices are for the 2011-12 subscription.

Categories

Bronze	Entry fee £200.00, payable over 3 years ie. £100, £50, £50. Subscription £240.00 plus round fee of £12 (Monday-Friday) and (£20 (Saturday & Sunday).
Silver	Entry fee £250.00, payable over 3 years ie. £100, £100, £50. Subscription £440.00 plus round fee of £10 (Monday-Sunday).
Gold+	Entry fee £400.00, payable over 3 years ie. £200, £100, £100. Subscription £860.00 plus round fee of £10 (before 1pm on Saturdays & Sundays), free all other times.
Platinum	Entry fee £500.00, payable over 3 years ie. £200, £150, £150. Subscription £995.00.
We also offer Junior, Student & Colt memberships:
Junior	Open to under 18 year olds. There is no entry fee to join as a member. Subscription £130.00 and there are no round fees.
Student	Open to people in full-time education. There is no entry fee to join as a member. Subscription £285.00 and there are no round fees.
Colt	Open to people between the ages of 18 and 28 who are not in full-time education. Entry Fee £150.00 Subscription £360.00 and there are no round fees.
