Since 2002 a great number of happy couples have chosen The Kendleshire not only for their Wedding Reception but also for the Ceremony, taking advantage of the picturesque and tranquil location as well as the flexibility and professionalism of the venue. We are licensed by South Gloucestershire Council for the solemnisation of marriage (under the Marriage Act 1949) through non-religious ceremonies. Any music, reading or performance which forms part of the ceremony must be secular in nature and the content of the ceremony must be agreed in advance with the Superintendant Registrar who will be attending the ceremony.

Our dedicated Wedding Coordinator has a wealth of experience with the arrangement procedure and will go through the straightforward steps with you on your first enquiry.

If you choose to upgrade your Wedding Package to include holding your Civil Ceremony or Partnership at The Kendleshire, you benefit from the following additions:

• Your ceremony in either the Henfield Room, the Badminton Suite or the Lakeside Suite (dependent on numbers attending).

• Fresh floral arrangements to the ceremony table and to decorate the room.

• Approved ceremony music, directed on the day by a member of the Weddings Team.

• Tailored linen to the ceremony tables.

• Use of our ring cushion.

• Complete on-the-day coordination from setup to your departure.

• Guests to your day and evening celebrations have exclusive use of the Badminton Suite, Henfield Room & Lakeside Suite.
