Catering Options.

 

On arrival you will be warmly greeted by our Conference Coordinator, who will manage your event and ensure that everything runs smoothly. They will guide you to the conference room, explain the standard health & safety procedures for the day and be on hand to provide any reprographic requirements or technical assistance.

 

Refreshment breaks will be coordinated, with your choice of tea & coffee and, should you wish, biscuits and danish pastries, with everything to hand just when you need it - so you can get on with the business at hand.

 

For dining we offer a variety of options to compliment your booking.

 

It is possible to specify a hot buffet-style Full English breakfast in the Garden Room, and if there is a particular catering requirement you would like we can easily accommodate.

 

 

 

The main dining options are as follows:

 

> Chef's Table

A selection of two hot dishes (and a vegetarian option), served from the hot plate with a selection of cold meats, salads and breads from our salad bar. With the chef's desserts of the day and mineral water. Served in the Garden Room.

 

> Chef's Daily Special

A choice of two hot dishes, served with appropriate accompaniments from the hot plate. Served in the Garden Room.

 

> Working Lunch 1

Freshly prepared sandwiches with traditional assorted fillings. Served on platters in the conference room with crisps, cereal bars and a fresh fruit platter.

 

> Working Lunch 2

Freshly prepared sandwiches with traditional assorted fillings, salmon goujons and chicken goujons. Served on platters in the conference room, with potato wedges and dips, cakes and a fresh fruit platter.

 

> Working Lunch 3

A traditional buffet of assorted cocktail sandwiches, jacket potato wedges with a sour cream dip, "pigs in blankets", chicken tikka skewers, mango & brie parcels, salmon & cream cheese blinis, a mix of Cornish pasties and cheese & onion pasties, and fish & vegetarian crowlines. Served on platters in the conference room with assorted dips. Note: this option is only available to conferences with a minimum of 20 people.

 

 

 

In addition to these options there is a wide selection of bar snacks available from the Golfers' Bar. These can be ordered on the day with the Conference Coordinator and are available to conferences with up to 10 people.
